Here are the scheduled date of events for the 2017-2018 school year. Please volunteer!Even a few hours of your time can make a huge difference!
HSA meetings are held on Wednesdays at 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. in the "Nest", Room M102. Follow the signs to the meeting room. Meetings last no longer than an hour. Refreshments provided.

Cookie dough pickup day: Wednesday, November 15, 2017 2:30 - 7:00 p.m. N104
Location: N104. We need help sorting and retrieving orders on pickup day during the following times:
· Sort orders: 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.
· Retrieve orders: 2:30 to 7:00 p.m.Sell wristbands for dances: during all lunch periods - 9:45 - noon (outside of cafeteria)

· Wristbands for dances are sold on Thursday and Friday the week of a dance. If we have 4 to 5 volunteers each date, we can move the lines through quickly!

· We need help with set up (5:00-6:00 p.m.), cleanup (8:00-8:15 p.m.), and chaperones during the dances (help serve food, etc.)
Scholastic Book Fair: October 10-12 and March 13-15, 2018 (Book Fair will be open during New Student Orientation, March 15 6-7:30 p.m.) Book Fair is located in N104.
Help is greatly appreciated and needed to set up on October 9th for fall fair and on March 12th for spring fair, to sell books during the school day October 10, 11, 12 and March 13, 14, 15 and for clean up after school on the last day of each fair (October 12th and March 15th). Stay tuned for more details.
